The key objective of the Enterprise Development unit for the ASEZCo is to unlock and grow opportunities for Atlantis EMEs/ SMMEs and businesses. This includes identifying business opportunities, linking them to the market, and integrating the supply chains of larger industrialists.
Key Enterprise Development programmes
Pre-incubation:
For entrepreneurs to create a viable business model and a minimum viable product/service; and to build the businesses fundamental foundation and compliance before incubation. Training: Ensuring growth and sustainability of new businesses.
Incubation:
Providing long-term programmatic support to ensure business operations are viable for entry into acceleration programs. Networking and Training: Enhancing business acumen and creating opportunities for market access.
Acceleration Programmes
Supporting enterprises through acceleration programs is crucial for sustainable growth. To accelerate, grow and scale businesses with an increase in revenue and job creation. Market Integration: Linking local businesses to larger industrialists and integrating supply chains. Access to Funding: Facilitating access to funding resources.
